Students who are unable to complete the coursework for any reason, including schedule changes, illness will not be able to receive a monetary refund for their courses. They may, however, receive tuition credit that can be applied toward another course. While tuition credit may be issued, technology and material fees are non-refundable. The following schedule determines the percentage of tuition fees to be credited to the students account:
1.Courses dropped before the official course start date 100%
2.Courses dropped by the end of the second week 80%
3.Courses dropped by the end of the third week 70%
4.Courses dropped by the end of the fourth week 60%
5.Courses dropped by the end of the fifth week 50%
6.There are no refunds after the end of the fifth week 0%
