CCBC offers on-campus housing to single, full-time students who are taking 17 or more units of coursework per semester. We have six dormitories, each with its own unique location on our beautiful 47-acre campus. Every dorm is equipped with air-conditioning, a full bathroom in each room, and recently replaced mattresses. Each student is given closet and bathroom storage space. Students thoroughly clean their dorm rooms at least once per week to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for all residents.

Although we do not offer on-campus housing for married couples, our office keeps an up-to-date list of available rooms and apartments for rent nearby. We are happy to provide this information for students who wish to find housing off-campus, especially since many of our listings prefer CCBC students as tenants.
