CCBC is pursuing national, recognized accreditation of our institution through a faith-based accreditor, The Association for Biblical Higher Education.
We are engaging in this process to open more doors for our students, to improve our program, and to demonstrate CCBC’s quality by being accountable to an association of fellow Christians who are dedicated to faithful, biblical higher education. In short, we are pursuing accreditation in order to keep carrying out our mission, as the ability to do so without accreditation has become increasingly difficult.

The Board of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa (CCCM) made the decision to list the Murrieta Hot Springs property for sale in October of 2020. Our goal as a school has been to be transparent during this process and disclose all information that we have to our students, their families, prospective students, and alumni.
We have been promised use of the MHS property through June of 2022, and we plan to enjoy the full 2021-2022 academic year at this location.
When we can no longer operate at the Hot Springs campus, our leadership plans for CCBC to move to our original campus at Twin Peaks, near Lake Arrowhead in the San Bernardino mountains.

Foundation & Mission
Biblical Foundation: Our mandate comes from Jesus Christ Himself, who commissioned his followers to: “Make disciples . . . teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you” (Matt. 28:19-20). As a ministry of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa, CCBC functions in furtherance of the Church’s purpose of, “Engaging in God’s mission to renew all things through Jesus.” CCBC is a branch of the teaching ministry of the Church.
Our Mission: Calvary Chapel Bible College exists to train and develop men and women of all ages, backgrounds, and nationalities into Christlike disciples and servant-leaders who know God through His Word and are equipped by His Spirit to serve Him in every area of life, for the glory of God.
