The Diploma in Biblical Studies is a two-year, 72-credit, college-level program that trains students to know God and equips them to serve Him. The Associate of Biblical Studies (A.B.S.) and Bachelor of Biblical Studies (B.B.S.) degrees require specific General Studies courses to be transferred from a separate, accredited college (minimum of 18 cr. for Associate’s, 36 cr. for Bachelor’s).
General Education Courses
Students may transfer courses from any accredited college offering the General Studies courses required by CCBC for the A.B.S. or B.B.S. degree. This may include a local community college near your home or a community college near CCBC. Many colleges offer the flexibility of online courses as well as federal and/or state financial aid. Tuition is generally more affordable for “resident” students who permanently reside in the same state where they attend college.
Christian Community College
For students who desire to complete General Education courses that are taught by Christians, from a Christian worldview perspective, CCBC offers an online scholarship for CCBC students to enroll in CCC. Christian Community College. This makes a Christian education in General Studies more affordable and accessible to CCBC students.
CCC tuition is normally $133 per quarter unit with most courses being 4.5 units. The average cost of a course is approximately $600. With the CCBC online scholarship for CCBC students to enroll through CCC. results in a flat rate of $365 per course. If you would like to take advantage of this special scholarship please contact CCC by visiting their website at http://www.cccollege.edu.
Community Christian College (CCC) is accredited by the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS), which is recognized by the U. S. Department of Education (www.ed.gov) and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA, www.chea.org). If you have any questions about CCC please contact John Mata in their Financial Aid Office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
