This course will be an in-depth exposition of the book of Philippians. Students will be engaged in personal study as well as classroom lectures exploring the many themes found throughout the book. Topics to be covered will include: humility, our citizenship in heaven, true joy, how to live the Christian Life in a fallen world and Christian unity. The four main goals: Each student will have a deeper understanding of the topics contained in the book of Philippians; students will be able to teach others through the book of Philippians (with additional personal study); students will have grown in their personal walk and devotion with the Lord. Finally, students will have a greater depth of fellowship with their brothers and sisters in Christ.
