Please remember: All affiliates are independently run, and are autonomous from CCBC in ALL areas of operation, including responsibility for maintaining academic records.
If you have any questions about an Affiliate Schools programs, policies, or course transferability, it is your responsibility to contact the Registrar’s Office before attending an extension campus. Please email us at registrar@calvarychapel.com.
Due to COVID-19, we are unable to verify if a school or country is open. Please evaluate these opportunities carefully and observe all safety measures asked of you by all government authorities.
Affiliate School Transfers
Student’s must complete at least 25% of the resident credits for any program directly through CCBC (main campus or CCBC Online.) The rest of coursework, up to 75%, for any program can be transferred in, as long as coursework is deemed equivalent to CCBC’s coursework in terms of what students do and learn.
The CCBC Registrar’s Office makes all final decisions as to which courses are accepted.
Take the time to map out your academic needs while abroad as it is each students responsibility to track their progress toward a degree. If an Affiliate school is unable to provide the courses you need, we suggest supplementing with CCBC Online courses.
