My favorite part about teaching at CCBC is:
Learning alongside the students. Nearly every day, I find myself encouraged and challenged as I read what God is revealing to them through their studies. It’s a privilege to grow together in His Word.
When I’m not teaching at CCBC, I love:
Spending time with my wife and our five kiddos, ministering at our church, coaching sports, and working on our family farm. I’m always eager to learn more about God—and I also love a good game of pickleball!
If I could summarize my teaching style in three words, they would be:
Socratic, Visual, Systematic
A book I recommend to everyone (besides the Bible) is:
Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis
One thing students/people are always surprised to learn about me is:
I’ve traveled to many parts of the world and even had the opportunity to dive the Great Barrier Reef.
A favorite quote of mine is:
“Education is going from an unconscious to conscious awareness of one’s ignorance.”
