Transcript Request
Official Transcript
Official transcripts are available from the Registrar’s Office upon request. Transcripts are $5 per copy and cannot be processed prior to payment. This fee is non-refundable. Students can select the Delivery Method for the official copy to be mailed through USPS (please allow 2 weeks for delivery) or electronically sent through email (please allow 1 week for delivery).
If you attended prior to 1992 please contact the Registrar’s Office before requesting transcripts as the current filing system was not in place at the time. (See below.)
Unofficial Transcript
Students may download an unofficial copy of their transcript from their Populi student account at any time. Login to your student account> My Profile> Student> Transcript Actions> Export Transcript.

Degree Requests
Degree Upgrade
For Alumni who are ready to upgrade their degree and have completed the following:
- Graduated Calvary Chapel Bible College
- Since Earned an AA Degree (or equivelant) from an approved institution
- Submitted a Degree upgrade Form
- Paid $100 Upgrade Fee
Degree Reissue
For Alumni who need a replacement degree (Allow three weeks for delivery):
- Graduated Calvary Chapel Bible College
- Contact the registrar's Office
- Paid $100 Copy Fee
Transferring from CCBC
Calvary Chapel Bible College has articulation agreements with numerous seminaries and Christian colleges. Many accredited colleges recognize CCBC as a credible Bible-teaching institution and have accepted courses in transfer. Additionally, many seminaries have accepted our Bachelor’s degree as meeting the admissions requirements for their master’s degree programs.
