That commitment continues today — not only to affordability but also to long-term sustainability, so that CCBC remains strong for the generations to come.
As part of that commitment, we are excited to announce the CCBC Tuition Guarantee.
When you enroll at CCBC, your tuition rate is locked in for the duration of your degree program, provided you maintain continuous enrollment.
- No annual tuition increases on tuition rates.
- The tuition rate you start with is the tuition rate you finish with.
Our heart is to remove financial uncertainty so you can focus on what matters most — growing in Christ, being grounded in the Word, and answering His call.

Tuition Guarantee FAQ
What counts as continuous enrollment?
Continuous enrollment means enrolling in:
- On-campus students: At least 6 credit hours each fall and spring semester.
- Online students: At least one course each term (with two terms per semester).
Summer terms are optional and do not affect your continuous enrollment status.
What happens if I take a semester off?
If you take a fall or spring semester off without an approved leave of absence, you will forfeit your Tuition Guarantee.
When you re-enroll, your tuition rate will adjust to the current published rate at the time of your return.
Note: If you need to pause your studies for medical, military, or other serious reasons, you may request a formal leave of absence through the Registrar’s Office to preserve your tuition guarantee.
What if I switch degree programs?
If you switch from one degree program to another (for example, from the Associate of Biblical Studies to the Bachelor of Biblical Studies) without breaking continuous enrollment, your Tuition Guarantee remains in place.
Your locked-in tuition rate will carry over to your new degree program.
Does the Tuition Guarantee cover fees, housing, or meal plans?
No. The Tuition Guarantee applies only to tuition rates.
Other fees (such as registration or technology fees), as well as housing and meal plan costs, may change over time and are not included in the tuition guarantee.
